Joint Venture Kidsway and Learning Studio by Gamut Education

Gamut Education acquires 50% of Kidsway School Mexico City to create Kidsway Learning Studio, a joint venture to create a contemporary learning space for preschool-age children (Maternal to Pre-First). The joint venture would include the renovation of learning spaces, improvements to the physical plant, and enhancements to the academic program to reposition the school as a mid-market leader in preschool education.
